About the Role

Luxior Concept is looking for a Creative Interior Designer, someone who goes beyond standard layouts and carpentry execution to bring genuine creative direction into every project. We want a designer who can elevate their work with original ideas and bring a strong creative point of view to residential and commercial spaces alike.

If you’re someone who sees a brief and immediately starts imagining how to make it more interesting, yet functional, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative design concepts that go beyond conventional layouts, finishes, and carpentry solutions
• Collaborate with the design team to push standard residential (HDB BTO, resale, condo, landed) and commercial projects into more distinctive, elevated outcomes
• Translate client briefs into design narratives, not just spatial plans, but a cohesive creative story for each space
• Propose innovative materials, forms, and spatial ideas that differentiate Luxior’s projects in the market
• Work closely with the design and project team to ensure creative concepts are executed without losing original vision
• Stay on top of design trends, materials, and techniques, and know when to use them and when to break from them

What We’re Looking For

• A strong portfolio that shows creative thinking, not just technical competency. We care more about how you think than how many years you’ve been doing this
• Ability to conceptualise beyond standard layouts and bring fresh creative perspectives to a brief
• Comfortable proposing ideas and pushing back on “the usual way” when it makes the design better
• Detail-oriented, but never at the expense of creative vision
• A collaborative mindset, this role works closely with the rest of the design team

Probation & Salary Review

• New hires will undergo a probation period, after which salary increments will be reviewed based on performance
