Role & responsibilities

• Experience working for a search firm for 3-5 years
• Responsible for 360 degree end to end recruitment for Education industry. This vertical focusses for hiring for clients across K12 to higher education space. Non Tech roles
• Identifying and screening candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, virtual meetings Etc
• Collating Bio s, salary details and other documents
• Organization mapping and head hunting using varied sourcing tools
• Maintaining MIS & preparing reports.
• End to end of handling a recruitment cycle

Work Timing : 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Five Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off). Currently

We operate on Hybrid mode. This position is flexible to work completely from home as well.

The company provides with necessary support ie. Laptop, data card to operate from home.
