Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the AS indoor sales & service team
- Handle after-market of local Singapore user, including services follow-up, service contract, follow up existing installed based and multiple product brand
- Achieve the financial & Sales target
- Monitor customer activity, identifying potential customer issues, are of improvement and new business opportunities
- Provide technical advice
- Support and coordinate the service team for field work and workshop repair
- Quote pump, spares part, service to support field service team
- Evaluate incoming warranty claim and returned parts
- Enter complaint data, log service trip, ensuring proper flow and all job closure upon completion
- Follow-up with on every service report after service engineer completed the site job
- Monitoring of customers satisfaction in claims and delivery performance
- Support partner product in the company
- Training will be provided.
