• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure renovation works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and client expectations.
• Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site resources.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Prepare site progress reports, monitor project timelines, and report any issues or delays to management.
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.
• Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in project handover and rectification works upon project completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in renovation supervision.
• Knowledge of renovation works and materials
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Possess own transport
• Able to work flexible hours when required to meet project deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• B2 / D (Preferred)
