Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking enquiries.
- Perform cashiering duties and daily cash balancing.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room availability and status updates.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly.
- Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain guest records accurately in PMS system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly closing reports.
- Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Customer service or hotel experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic computer/PMS knowledge.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
