Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evolve the brand identity and design guidelines.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, packaging, print, and digital campaigns.
• Lead illustration and design efforts for product collections, ensuring a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Prepare design files optimized for both print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in art direction or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong illustration skills and the ability to tell stories visually.
• Experience creating designs for both digital and print platforms.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
