Project Planning & Execution

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) to define project scope and requirements.
• Establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Break projects into manageable work packages and actionable tasks.
• Develop project schedules and execution timelines.

Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and quality.

Risk Management

• Identified site and design issues through regular site inspections, evaluated potential project impacts, proposed practical mitigation measures

Managing and reporting

• Ability to organize and coordinate installation works, monitor project progress, maintain accurate project documentation, and communicate timely progress updates to support efficient project execution and successful project delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
