Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accurate weighing of poultry products.
• Monitor and maintain optimal freezer temperatures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Identify and manage poultry categories to ensure the correct items are dispatched in line with customer orders.
• Optimize the use of manpower to ensure efficient and productive operations.
• Organize and assign daily tasks and workflows according to the production schedule.
• Supervise the correct and safe use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members.
• Lead and support the production team, monitor their performance, and drive productivity improvements.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and communicate findings to the team and management.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who:

• Has prior experience in the food production or poultry processing industry.
• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Can ensure the efficient use of labor and production resources.
• Is capable of managing workflow and assigning tasks based on daily schedules.
• Is meticulous in verifying that all production output meets quality and specification standards.
