Role: Senior Java Backend Developer (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST API)

Location: Megan Avenue 2, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur

Language: Mandarin & English

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. The role involves working on system performance, technology upgrades, and collaborating on distributed service architecture.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java 8+
• Hands-on with Spring Framework, JPA, Hibernate
• Experience with Oracle 12c or other RDBMS
• Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or similar middleware
• Experience in distributed systems and scalable architecture design
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
