Dental Clinic Receptionist:
Patient & Communication Management
- Warm Welcome: Greet patients professionally and ensure a comfortable experience upon arrival.
- Professional Messaging: Respond to WhatsApp, emails, and calls promptly and diligently to maintain high service standards.
- Scheduling: Manage the appointment book efficiently to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Data Accuracy: Keep patient records updated and handle all necessary forms with strict confidentiality.
- Financial Duties: Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with daily financial reconciliation.
- Clinic Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is always clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Operations Coordination: Actively liaise with the clinical team to anticipate needs and ensure all daily operations run smoothly and on schedule.
