Responsibilities
Position Overview:
The Technical Assistant & Product Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various functions related to product registration, documentation, technical data preparation, and customer troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with local authorities and support product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Registration: Assist in the preparation and submission of product registration documents to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
· Documentation and Technical Data: Prepare and maintain accurate product documentation, including technical data sheets, user manuals, and compliance reports.
· Customer Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting support to customers, addressing technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure product functionality and customer satisfaction.
· Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to assist in the creation and enhancement of products, including providing technical insights and feedback.
· Liaison with Local Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact with local regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
· Technical Assistance: Offer technical assistance and support to internal teams and customers, resolving product-related inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma / Bachelor Degree in science related.
· Experience: Experience in product registration and regulatory compliance is a plus but not compulsory.
· Skills:
o Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to prepare and review technical documentation and data.
o Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Other Requirements: Ability to travel for on-site support and customer meetings as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
