Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for clinic and support staff.
- Handle employee records, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Support disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and perform general HR administrative duties.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
