Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting vacancy in job portal and social media platform.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare employees' onboarding and offboarding.
• Checking and verifying employees attendance before submission for payroll.
• Sourcing quotations for HR & Admin services.
• Assist in other HR functions if required.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years working experience in recruitment or general HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with job portal and using Canva.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
