Paradigm Mall Management Hiring! Full Time Technician - M-E (Paradigm Mall JB) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

• Technical Maintenance - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for all M&E systems. Troubleshoot faults and restore systems promptly. Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Team Support & Supervision - Guide and support technicians in daily tasks. Coordinate manpower and monitor work quality. Provide basic training to junior staff.
• BMS & Technical Systems - Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS). Perform and update meter readings in TMS accurately.
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency - Support energy-saving initiatives and data collection. Update tracking systems for ESG and audit requirements.
• Project & Vendor Coordination - Assist in supervising contractors during maintenance and project works. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety.
• Compliance & Safety - Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and statutory requirements (OSHA, Bomba, ST). Participate in safety checks and emergency procedures.
• Documentation - Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Update ServeDeck/e-system for all work performed.
• Emergency Response - Respond quickly to breakdowns, alarms, and critical incidents. Provide temporary solutions until full repair is completed.
• Tenant Support - Attend to tenant complaints and resolve technical issues promptly. Support fit-out inspections and mall operational needs.
• Additional Duties - Perform any tasks assigned by the Maintenance Executive/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Possess a valid LV Chargeman AO or above certification issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
• Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate with basic report-writing skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building operations, maintenance management, or facilities support services.
• Hands-on experience in handling building services, M&E systems, and utilities.
• Experience in the retail or shopping mall industry will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
