Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing flow
• Monitor and track lean improvement results, cost savings, and operational performance metrics
• Monitor and manage sustaining products in production, identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination
• Analyze manufacturing processes and production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of process improvements and standardization to improve manufacturing stability and repeatability
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process evaluations to enhance operational efficiency
• Participate in Kaizen events, improvement workshops, and lean activities to drive operational improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements related to manufacturing processes, tooling, and production flow
• Support engineering teams in investigating sustaining production issues and identifying improvement actions
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, and visual management systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work closely with production teams on the shop floor to identify and implement improvements
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or continuous improvement roles
• Experience supporting lean initiatives, manufacturing improvement projects, or sustaining production support is preferred
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations
