GREATECH INTEGRATION (M) SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Assistant Production Planner in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,900 - Ricebowl

1. Must understand the process flow for sheet metal fabrication / CNC machining processes.

2. To review Drawing and BOM in ERP system.

3. To release Work Order & schedule to production and monitor production activities to meet delivery timelines.

4. To raise Purchase Requisition based on raw material required through ePR.

5. Coordinates production daily shipment arrangement to finishing and assembly sites.

6. Follow up with Engineering & Doc Con to ensure all document release on time for production activities.

7. To assist planner to plan and review schedules to fully utilize machine capacity and to meet project schedule.

8. To follow up with Purhasing department to resolve potential pull in/push out or raw material related issues.

9. To up-date Production Master Plan & OE Summary for all open orders.

10. To print Job Traveller then pass to production team to start the production.

11. To coordinate on changes needed due to ECN changes for additional part/qty, reduce qty, delete part, modification, etc...

12. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

13. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
