Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of all facility-related systems, equipment, and infrastructure to support daily plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical).
• Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of facility equipment and utilities.
• Support facility improvement projects, equipment installation, and layout changes.
• Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire protection and emergency equipment.
• Respond to facility-related issues and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and equipment status.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams when required.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in facility or building maintenance (manufacturing environment an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Able to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime, shift, or on-call when required.
