Job Descriptions:-

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Record inspection results accurately in checklists or inspection reports.
• Identify non-conformities and escalate to relevant departments for corrective action.
• Verify reworked or repaired items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audits when required.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, and basic SPC.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
