• Perform daily inspections of the building and common areas.
• Carry out general repair and maintenance works, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and masonry.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, ceilings, walls, flooring, and other building fixtures.
• Replace faulty light bulbs, switches, sockets, and other basic electrical components.
• Repair leaking pipes, taps, toilets, and drainage issues.
• Perform painting and touch-up works when required.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture and office equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining building systems and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with company safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Report major repair issues to the Building Manager or Supervisor.
• Assist external contractors during servicing and repair works.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
