Job Summary:
1. Machine Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting

· Operate, maintain, and repair machines in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.

· Record all PM, maintenance, and process activities.

· Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.

2. Process & Quality Control

· Control and monitor machine process parameters to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.

· Communicate and coordinate with technicians and relevant departments on process and product quality issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in machine maintenance or production operations is preferred.
• Willing to work shifts or extended hours.
• Perform and execute any other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

• Basic troubleshooting and technical repair knowledge
• Able to read machine manuals and process parameters
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime or be on-call when required
