JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conduct weekly review on quality issues with operation.
• To perform audit on the operation line randomly.
• Responsible for failure analysis for quality improvement reviews.
• Resolve quality issues with both customer & internal department.
• To perform audit on new vendor selection and quality performance.
• Initiate all quality activities & drive corrective / preventive actions to improve product quality standard and quality improvement control.
• Preparation of quality reports, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Quality Standard Inspection Guide.
• Timely reply of 8D reports and verification audit on effectiveness of actions taken.
• Conduct training for product quality to support relevant departments during New Model Introduction.
• Prepare data for new part approval.
• To assist in update & maintaining the ISO documents and records.
• To provide necessary training related to Quality issues
• Perform any tasks as directed by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree holder in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
• At least minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Conversant with ISO / IATF 16949.
• Knowledge in Testing, Statistical Process Control, QC 7 Tools, FMEA.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
