Job Description

Responsibilities

MRA International Sdn Bhd are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Officer to provide first-level IT support and ensure smooth daily operation of the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, network, and end-user devices. The role also includes supporting tender documentation, vendor coordination, IT asset management, and general IT administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, or onsite assistance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, software, and IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, email accounts, passwords, and system access.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding of employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, software licensing, hardware procurement, and quotations.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, technical proposals, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting records, tender files, and project documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, Technical Support, or System Support.
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, printers, user account management, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in tender preparation, quotations, technical proposals, or documentation management will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • IT Helpdesk: 1 year (Preferred)
