MRA International Sdn Bhd are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Officer to provide first-level IT support and ensure smooth daily operation of the company’s IT systems, hardware, software, network, and end-user devices. The role also includes supporting tender documentation, vendor coordination, IT asset management, and general IT administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, or onsite assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, software, and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and antivirus management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, software licensing, hardware procurement, and quotations.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, technical proposals, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting records, tender files, and project documents.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, Technical Support, or System Support.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, printers, user account management, and troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience in tender preparation, quotations, technical proposals, or documentation management will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT Helpdesk: 1 year (Preferred)
