Job Responsibility :
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on a timely basis.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and update payment records.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Perform accurate data entry into accounting systems.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly recorded.
Bank & Reconciliation
- Assist in bank reconciliations and verification of transactions.
- Support in reconciling supplier statements and customer accounts.
Financial Support
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and schedules.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Handle petty cash and expense claims processing.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Assist in audit preparation by compiling required documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
