Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor & SLA Management: Act as the primary owner and single point of contact for all systems vendors, overseeing maintenance schedules and enforcing SLA compliance.
2. CCTV & Security Maintenance: Perform routine system health checks, troubleshoot first-level system faults, and manage data retrieval/footage playback requests.
3. Event Technical Support: Fully manage the technical setup, equipment testing, and live standby support for our weekly company events.
4. IT & Infrastructure Support: Assist the MIS team with physical IT hardware deployments, device setups, and network patching across 10 floors.
5. Project Assistance: Provide on-site technical and cabling support for renovation and infrastructure projects.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all building vendor contracts and event technical checklists.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
