Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and delivery of CRM and Credit/Loan Origination solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs and objectives.

Analyze business processes and perform impact assessments for system enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Must Haves:-

Strong experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and Systems Credit Origination / Loan Processing (vendor built application)
- Solid understanding of banking or financial services processes, particularly lending lifecycle
- Proficiency in business analysis, impact assessment, requirement gathering, solution design, and FSD/TDD documentation
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and data flow architecture
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools – JIRA/Confluence
- Knowledge of SDLC / Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experienced in handling end to end project delivery

Experience:

• Business analysis: 5 years (Required)
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics): 1 year (Required)
• Credit / Loan : 1 year (Required)
