Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Assistant

We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and organise event and prayer participant lists.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations.
  • Maintain records and update spreadsheets.
  • Support the team during events and activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills.
  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets).
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
