· Enter and maintain data in the company's SQL system, spreadsheets, and database.

· Update purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), invoices, delivery orders (DO), and other business documents.

· Record inventory, stock movement, and material information accurately.

· Assist in maintaining project documentation, Bills of Materials (BOM), and engineering records.

· Verify data accuracy and correct any errors.

· Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

· Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.

· Coordinate with the Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure accurate information is recorded.

· Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

· Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Fast and accurate typing skills.

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Experience in using SQL systems is an added advantage.

· Willing to learn and adapt to new systems.

· Able to multitask in a fast-paced engineering environment.

· Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
