The Technical Service Representative is responsible for providing on-site technical support for water treatment systems. This includes system inspections, routine maintenance, chemical replenishment, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled site visits for system monitoring, maintenance, and chemical top-ups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed, including proper use of PPE and adherence to risk assessments.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly after each site visit.
• Ensure tools, testing kits, and chemicals are prepared and available before each job.
• Assist with emergency support and respond promptly to client concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding service findings and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred).
• Able to work independently and travel to various site locations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
