Job Overview
Our client is looking for a UC Operations Engineer to support and manage Unified Communications (UC) and Audio Visual (AV) operations across enterprise meeting spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AV systems, UC platforms, meeting room technologies, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Review construction plans for new meeting rooms and ensure compliance with global AV standards.
- Gather telecom and AV requirements from project stakeholders and prepare programming documentation.
- Support procurement of telecom and audiovisual hardware.
- Coordinate with AV vendors during project implementation, commissioning, and system validation.
- Plan and support meetings, webinars, and virtual events with internal stakeholders and executive teams.
- Provide live meeting support including presentation management, recording, Q&A moderation, participant controls, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate the delivery of post-meeting materials such as recordings and chat transcripts.
- Monitor AV and UC environments, respond to system alerts, and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain accurate project updates and incident tickets using service management tools.
- Ensure reliable operation of AV and UC systems while delivering excellent user support.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communications (UC) Operations and Audio Visual (AV) support.
- Experience with enterprise meeting room technologies, conferencing systems, and webinar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AV operations, telecom systems, and meeting room infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification is an added advantage.
