Role Description The PMO Analyst – Mandarin is a contract, on-site position based in Shah Alam. This role supports the Project Management Office by tracking project performance, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to governance standards and methodologies. The PMO Analyst will consolidate project data, maintain project and portfolio documentation, and assist in resource and timeline coordination across multiple initiatives. The role involves frequent communication with project managers and stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking counterparts, to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support decision-making. The PMO Analyst will also help identify risks and dependencies, propose improvements to PMO processes, and provide administrative and analytical support to program and project teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess Program Management and Project Management capabilities to support planning, monitoring, and coordination of multiple initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Project Portfolio Management skills to assist in prioritizing, tracking, and reporting across a portfolio of projects.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including proficiency in Mandarin and English for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in common PM tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, project tracking systems) and a solid understanding of PMO governance and methodologies.
• Candidates should possess a relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in a PMO or project support role.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Shah Alam within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
