About the Role

Digital Symphony is hiring for a structured 2-year training pathway designed to accelerate high-calibre analytical talent into future Performance Marketing Consultants.

A consultant-level pathway would typically take around 5 years to develop through normal career progression. This program is designed to compress that journey into approximately 2 years, so we are looking for individuals with strong potential from the start: sharp thinking, high ownership, strong learning ability, and the discipline to grow quickly.

This role is ideal for candidates who are strong with numbers, logic, data, and structured thinking. You do not need a traditional marketing background; what matters most is your ability to work with data, spot patterns, solve problems, and communicate insights clearly.

You will start with the foundations of paid digital marketing, including campaign execution, reporting, tracking, lead generation, performance monitoring, and optimisation. As you grow, you will progressively move into media planning, account ownership, performance diagnosis, client communication, strategic recommendations, and consultant-level advisory.

Salary Package: Starting from RM3,500, with structured progression up to RM7,000 at consultant level, based on performance, capability, ownership, and business contribution.

Job Description
  • Support the setup, execution, monitoring, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and other performance media channels.
  • Assist in campaign planning for lead generation, conversions, awareness, and other client business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, lead quality, conversion trends, ROI, KPIs, and overall account health.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that turn campaign data into clear insights and next steps.
  • Support testing and optimisation across audiences, creatives, landing pages, funnels, and media spend.
  • Work with internal teams to identify performance issues, recommend practical improvements, and progressively develop into client-facing, consultant-level responsibilities.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM-related or analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or similar disciplines.
  • Strong numerical, logical, and structured thinking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Curious about digital marketing, paid media, business growth, consumer behaviour, and performance strategy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect numbers to practical business outcomes.
  • Coachable, accountable, and interested in growing from hands-on execution into strategic, consultant-level problem-solving.
