We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in the banking domain to oversee end-to-end testing lifecycles across critical financial systems. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing SIT/UAT phases, leading testing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

• Lead and manage testing teams across multiple banking projects (Core Banking, Payments, Trade Finance, Digital Channels, etc.).
• Define test strategy, scope, and deliverables aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and vendors to validate requirements and resolve defects.
• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and reporting using industry-standard tools (HP ALM, Jira, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, PCI DSS) and banking security standards.
• Mentor and coach junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed test reports, dashboards, and metrics to project managers and senior stakeholders.
  

• 8+ years of IT testing experience, with at least 3+ years in a Test Lead role.
• Strong domain knowledge in banking systems (Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Trade Finance, Treasury).
• Hands-on experience with manual testing.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira, Bugzilla).
• Experience in regulatory and compliance testing within banking environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification preferred.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
