About the Role

Join our team to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials into the feed mill, balancing procurement, inventory, logistics, and compliance to keep production running seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Support: Assist with daily purchasing, issue POs, verify contract terms, and gather market insights for forecasting.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track ingredient usage, reconcile stock with warehouse records, and report discrepancies to maintain optimal levels.
• Delivery Coordination: Schedule trucking and logistics, liaise with warehouse teams, and prepare for specialized loads.
• Compliance & Permits: Manage import/export permits, SST applications, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse, mill, or logistics preferred (training available for motivated candidates).

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Auto count systems is a plus.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced environments
