Our client, a leading global provider in data center investments, is seeking an accountant to join their expanding team.

Reporting to the senior accountant, the role revolves around adhering to local and US GAAP corporate accounting standards. The accountant will prepare month end journals and reconciliations. Timely delivery of crucial financial reports and variance analysis is to be expected.

Primary responsibilities involve the incumbent to liaise closely with external parties for bookkeeping,reporting and handle relevant AP, AR and PO activities. The coverage of this role extends across the APAC region, requiring fundamental strong accounting knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

• Singaporeans/PR candidates only.
• Only diploma or degree holders or its equivalent will be considered.
• Experience in property/real estate/data centers investment is advantageous.Strong familiarity with IFRS standards and APAC accounting standards.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role with prior audit experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi, SAP and Oracle.
