Our client, a global logistics real estate provider with presence in over 20 countries and a total AUM of over $100 billion is currently seeking an Senior Analyst (AP) to join their team.

As part of an 18-man team, the Senior Analyst (AP) will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) duties, reporting activities, monthly closing and bank reconciliations.. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the incumbent will assist in UAT and other implementation projects.

Successful candidates will get a chance to work alongside leaders and forerunners in the industry for the established organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess at least a reputable Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in real estate/property firms is ideal
• Working exposure in Auditing firms is an advantage
• A candidate with experience in JD Edwards (Oracle), Hyperion (HFM), SAP, BPC is preferred
