An MNC in Property and Real Estate industry is currently looking for an Accountant to join their expanding team.

The Accountant will be responsible for full sets of accounts, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, updating and maintaining internal control (SOX), preparing month end journal and reconciliation, monthly financial statements, variance analysis, preparing GST/VAT returns, and will be liaising with the operations, tax, and treasury team for daily operations. The Accountant will also be handling regional portfolio.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA/CPA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Yardi, Oracle, or SAP is good to have
• Previous experience with audit firm is a must
• Previous experience in handling regional accounts
