About the Role

Senior Security Engineer to provide day to day operational security support in an onsite SOC environment. This is an entry level role with hands on exposure to enterprise security tools and incident handling.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and triage security alerts using Splunk SIEM

Support Tenable, Carbon Black (EDR), Antivirus, HSM, and encryption solutions

Investigate, document, and escalate security incidents

Perform log monitoring, vulnerability scans, and security health checks

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure a secure IT environment

Maintain operational documentation and incident records

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity/SOC/Infrastructure Security

Hands-on experience with Splunk SIEM

Knowledge of Tenable, Carbon Black, Endpoint Security, and Vulnerability Management

Good understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, and incident response

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HSM and encryption technologies

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-900, or equivalent

Previous experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
