Position Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering methodologies.
• Experience in process optimization, automation projects, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct work measurement, time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity analysis.
• Manage and monitor Engineering Department KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop Engineers and Technicians to achieve departmental objectives.
• Drive automation projects, including the development of new processes, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production, quality, maintenance, and process issues.
• Plan and manage departmental CAPEX investments to support business growth and operational needs
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate Rerformance, improvement initiatives, and operational issues to management.
