About Oshi
Oshi is training models that predict which companies will perform well with licensing our anime IPs better than a human can. Similar to how a human would assess potential licensing partners, evaluate their capabilities, and decide who to license to, we automate all of those processes with LLMs. We raised US$12.5M from top investors including Polychain & SuperScrypt (Temasek fund). Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to boost trading bot volume and drive user acquisition through data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data analysis teams to design trading bots tailored to specific market situations based on trading user needs.
- Conduct user research and competitor assessments to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization, improving user conversion and retention rates.
- Advocate for robust engineering solutions and scalable system architectures to ensure efficient development of new products.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination, prioritizing rapid iterations and impactful outcomes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly within the crypto or internet industry.
- Technical skills : ReactJS, Python, C#, etc.
- Strong expertise in strategy design and backend system logic.
- Experience designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and present ideas effectively.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Prior experience in designing trading bots or working on similar financial engineering projects (added advantage).
- Familiar with emerging technologies such as blockchain and their applications in product innovation (added advantage).
- Able to work in-office from Mondays through Thursdays
