This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Account Executive at Reapfield Properties located in Petaling Jaya. The Account Executive will be responsible for recording of transactions, invoicing, payments, monitoring and recording transactions, amongst others.

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of invoice for commission processing
• Recording and keeping track of sales transactions
• Bank payments
• Book keeping and reconciliation of accounts

Qualifications:

• Fresh candidate or 1-2 years working experience
• Have basic knowledge in Accounting
• Excited to work with numbers and spreadsheets
• Detailed oriented, organised and a fast learner
• Possess a team spirit attitude
• Not afraid of technology tools and systems
• Able to begin work as soon as possible
