Sunway Medical Centre Velocity Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive, Clinical Services Development in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are seeking a driven and analytical Senior Executive, Clinical Services Development to support the planning and expansion of clinical services. This role works closely with senior leadership, to drive strategic initiatives and enhance service delivery within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of clinical service strategies and expansion plans
• Conduct research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management review
• Track and monitor project progress; highlight risks and escalate issues where required
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, and Finance
• Act as secretariat for meetings and support departmental administration
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive data in line with compliance and SOP standards
• Participate in quality improvement and risk management initiatives

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Business, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Exposure to clinical operations, healthcare projects, or service development is an advantage
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
