Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to drive enrollment and partnerships for THE KOL ACADEMY’s programs and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall organizational goals and ensure an excellent experience for partners and clients. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and continuously improving sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, including setting targets, coaching teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use CRM or related sales tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in education, training, media, or influencer-related industries is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to helping individuals realize their potential and impact.
