Role : Application Presales Solution Architect (Apps)

Location : Singapore

Experience : 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to lead pre-sales engagements and solution design for enterprise and public sector clients, with a focus on application development, modernization, and cloud-native transformation.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and proposal development for application transformation deals
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs, build solution cost models, and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts
• Design end-to-end architectures for new builds and modernization (web, mobile, APIs, microservices) across re-platform, refactor, and re-architect strategies
• Architect integrations using APIs, messaging, and middleware; define data migration and observability approaches
• Design cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, applying DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC principles
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, and reusable patterns

What You Bring

• 10+ years in application development, maintenance, and modernization
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar stacks
• Deep knowledge of microservices, API-first, event-driven, and service-based architectures
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), serverless, and security-by-design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

Nice to Have

• Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Professional, Kubernetes, CSM, SAFe Agilist
• Experience with Singapore public sector clients
• Exposure to large-scale modernization programs in distributed, multi-team environments
