Job Description

Responsibilities

Litrinium is a fast‑growing international technology start‑up developing innovative solutions that solve complex engineering challenges. We are expanding our Singapore team and seeking an experienced Quality Manager with deep semiconductor manufacturing and supplier quality expertise.


This role is critical to ensuring our products meet world‑class quality, reliability, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, hands‑on experience, and the ability to lead quality initiatives across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Quality representative for customer engagements and issue resolution
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Product Engineering to support customer programs
  • Lead RMA management, failure analysis, and corrective action processes
  • Conduct hands‑on failure analysis and yield analysis in Litrinium’s internal lab and with external labs
  • Develop, implement, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
  • Monitor, audit, and drive continuous improvement across Litrinium’s supplier base
  • Support product ramp, cost, and quality targets through data‑driven decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Operations
  • Quality Engineering/Management and Project Management certifications preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor or electronic component manufacturing, quality engineering, and IC failure analysis (15+ years preferred)
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and the full value chain from component suppliers to service providers
  • Proven experience managing quality and supply chain teams, including supplier audits and performance management
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+
