Role Description This position is created for an engineer who is inspired to work in a technically challenging and dynamic environment. Successful candidate will be trained and developed into a problem-solver on a diverse range of technical issues. The position is based in Rawang, Selangor.

• Provide automation support for equipment modification or installation project, and ensure smooth implementation of the project.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders by assisting in the effective and efficient resolution of automation issues thereby improving all automation at the facility.
• Good at trouble-shooting mechanical, electrical, electronic and control instrumentation. PLC programming skill is an added advantage.
• Must be a hands-on problem-solver with ability to design and implement technical solutions.
• Willingness to assist in sourcing parts/machines/equipment, and continuously learn and improve.
• Take up any other task as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Preferably with 1 to 3 years’ experience in automation and process improvement. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
• Must be self-driven with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Able to think out-of-the-box by innovating, renewing and initiating actions for improvement at workplace, and execute with determination to achieve the desired results.
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to complete given tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and comply with ISO 9001 & 14001 Management Systems.
