KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collecting, building, and checking meals (First Class, Business Class, Economy Class, Special Meals), beverages, and inflight items for aircraft uplift
Performing system updates (pick confirmation) in Infolog for all collected items
Retrieving required items from stores, bakery, and supply areas based on requisition forms
Labelling and storing meals according to flight details and class requirements
Ensuring all carts, trays, and equipment comply with airline specifications and loading plans
Coordinating with Catering Control for final adjustments based on passenger load
Preparing additional meals for last-minute changes before uplift
Ensuring proper loading and unloading of catering items onto aircraft according to galley plans
Handing over meals and supplies to cabin crew and obtaining required signatures
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of work areas in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
Following workplace safety procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents
Performing any other duties as assigned by the officer
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Possess basic frontline customer service skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
Be able to lift Catering materials weighing up to 20 kgs
Ability to read and speak English to check food labels
Basic computer skills
Work rotating shifts
