Responsibilities
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly and reliable crew to join our Japanese Ramen Team. Work in a fast-paced, fun environment where teamwork, good vibes, and great service matter. If you enjoy interacting with people and creating a great dining experience, we’d love to have you.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Attend to customer needs and handle feedback professionally
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
Assist with cashiering and handle transactions accurately
Support daily operations and work closely with kitchen staff during peak hours
Assist with opening and closing duties (cleaning, wiping, restocking)
Follow service standards and attend briefings
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
What We’re Looking For
No experience needed — training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Students and part-timers are welcome.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays (shift-based).
Able to start immediately.
