Job Description:
1.Responsible for systematically training and guiding local new partners to ensure they quickly master product preparation, service procedures, and operational norms.
2.Take full charge of the daily operational management of the new store, covering all aspects such as food preparation, beverage crafting, cashier duties, and customer service.
3.Enthusiastically and proactively introduce products to customers, answer questions, deliver brand value, and provide quality service.
4.Strictly supervise and implement the company's various standards and systems to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the new store.
Job Requirements
1.Educational background is not limited, experience in training or management in the chain catering industry is preferred.
2.Possess excellent service awareness, teamwork spirit, and communication skills.
3.Have excellent training and coaching abilities, with patience and a strong sense of responsibility.
4.Able to adapt to business trips and high work pressure during the opening period of new stores.
In case of being posted overseas to support store openings, corresponding expatriation allowances will be granted, with accommodation and meals provided during the posting period.
