Responsibilities
HIRING: STRUCTURAL STEEL PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage structural steel projects from planning to completion
Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and site progress
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications
Monitor fabrication progress and site installation to ensure quality and timely completion
Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
Resolve technical, operational, and site coordination issues
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures
Manage variation orders, claims, project documentation, and reports
Supervise project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in structural steel construction/project management
Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and installation works
Able to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications
Experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure steel projects
Good project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Familiar with local safety regulations and construction practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling software, and project reporting
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Singapore working experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with steel structure, fabrication yard coordination, and site installation
Knowledge of BIM / Tekla / AutoCAD is an advantage
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
