Strong performers typically earn RM4,000–RM5,000 total monthly.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-in customers professionally.
• Introduce and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Actively follow up on pending quotations and customer discussions to maximize sales conversion.
• Suggest related or alternative products to increase upselling opportunities.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, and delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update customer records, quotations, and sales progress in the system or tracking sheet.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or related working experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate confidently with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Responsible, proactive, and sales-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / Google Sheets).
• Experience in printing, corporate gifts, or customization industry is an added advantage.
